Job Description: The Garment & Fit Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all kids wear products meet the company’s fit, measurement, quality, and safety standards before production and shipment. This role involves working closely with the design, merchandising, production, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, well-fitting garments aligned with buyer specifications. Education: Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or Apparel Design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fit Evaluation & Approval •Review fit samples, PP samples, and size sets for kids wear products. •Measure garments accurately and compare against tech packs, size specs, and buyer requirements. •Evaluate proportion, balance, drape, and comfort to ensure suitability for kids’ body types. •Conduct fit sessions on mannequins or live models and provide precise feedback to suppliers. 2. Garment Construction & Technical Guidance •Check sewing techniques, seam allowances, fabric performance, trims, and accessories for compliance. •Approve or suggest improvements in pattern, grading, and garment construction. •Ensure that garments are child-safe and comply with international safety regulations. 3. Communication & Coordination •Liaise between design, merchandising, suppliers, and factories to resolve technical issues. •Prepare fit comments and provide clear instructions to vendors for corrections. •Work closely with QA and production teams to ensure consistency from sample to bulk production. 4. Quality & Compliance •Ensure all garments meet buyer quality standards and international safety norms for kidswear. •Conduct risk assessments for choking hazards, sharp objects, or unsafe trims. •Support the QA team during inline and final inspections. 5. Q.A Fabric : Exp.: 4-8 Years
Job Description: The Fabric QA professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and compliance of all fabrics used in production. This includes inspection, testing, approvals, and coordination with suppliers, mills, merchandisers, and production teams. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strong knowledge of fabrics, finishes, testing protocols, and buyer standards to ensure the final garment meets international quality benchmarks. Education: Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Fabric Manufacturing, or Fashion Technology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fabric Quality Control & Testing •Inspect incoming fabrics for defects, GSM, shade, color fastness, shrinkage, pilling, and other quality parameters. •Conduct 4-point inspections or similar quality checks on bulk fabric lots. •Ensure fabrics comply with buyer specifications, standards, and safety regulations. •Coordinate in-house and third-party testing for fabric performance and safety. 2. Vendor & Supplier Coordination •Work closely with mills, dyeing units, and fabric suppliers to ensure consistent fabric quality. •Communicate fabric-related quality concerns and follow up for corrective actions. •Approve or reject bulk fabric shipments based on inspection reports and buyer standards. 3.
