Decarbonization & Climate Strategy
Rainbow Fabart is implementing a comprehensive decarbonization strategy targeting a 50% reduction in total GHG emissions by 2030 and net-zero by 2040 across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Measures include high-efficiency manufacturing, transition to certified renewable energy, sustainable material integration, low-impact fibers, optimized chemical management, and eco-designed packaging. Supply-chain governance is strengthened via responsible sourcing frameworks, digital traceability, and standardized compliance monitoring, ensuring low-emission material adoption and verified emission reductions. This data-driven approach enables low-carbon, climate-positive textile and apparel solutions.

RENEWABLE ENERGY
At Rainbow Group, sustainability powers our progress. With solar plants installed in Units B–42 (142.02 kW), C–71 (91.42 kW), and C–69 (59.8 kW), 45% of our energy now comes from clean, renewable sources. Our goal is clear: 100% renewable energy by 2040, supported through Open Access and I-RECs — eliminating Scope 2 emissions and creating a cleaner future for all.

WATER CONSERVATION
Rainbow Fabart Pvt Ltd is committed to responsible water management and minimizing environmental impact. We have optimized the liquor-to-fabric ratio from 1:6 to 1:1 using Go Green Machines, reducing water consumption while maintaining quality. Rainwater harvesting supplements our water needs, and plans are underway to implement wastewater recycling for multiple-use cycles. Through process optimization, technological innovation, and resource-efficient practices, we conserve water, lower operational costs, and support sustainable textile production with a reduced environmental footprint.
